Join ICC’s event coordinator Beatrice Basso in conversation with renowned Italian chef, cooking instructor and food writer Viola Buitoni.
We will talk about Viola’s love affair with food between San Francisco, New York City, and Italy; her favorite ingredients and recipes (soon to become a Rizzoli book); and her prestigious family legacy which touches both the famed Buitoni Pasta and Baci Perugina chocolates.
In an online hour together, we will hear stories and culinary tips, discover new websites for the most authentic Italian ingredients in California, learn about her dynamic cooking classes and Italian tours, and ask questions about her most beloved dishes. We will also be introduced to Viola’s book in-the-making.
