Description

This course represents the highest level of Italian language study and is intended for adult learners who wish to achieve complete mastery in both form and content. Using Nuovo Magari C2 (Alma Edizioni), the course explores complex and culturally rich topics such as contemporary Italian history, the evolution of the Italian language and its dialects, and literary texts from various genres and periods. Students will work with authentic materials to sharpen their ability to interpret, discuss, and produce sophisticated language in a variety of contexts. Emphasis will be placed on stylistic precision, rhetorical strategies, and deep cultural understanding. Through debates, text analysis, and guided writing, learners will engage with Italy’s historical memory, linguistic diversity, and literary expression at a near-native level.

Class Schedule:

Every Tuesday: 9:30 – 11:00 AM (online) with Elisa as your instructor beginning on April 14, 2026, and ending on June 16, 2026 (10 weeks).
